Originally from New Jersey, Rutgers University graduate and ForeverHome Director of Operations Bob Koscso worked on Wall Street. After a couple of years he traded his business suits for a tool belt and started his own carpentry company. With his work ethic and commitment to customer service highly evident, Bob was recruited to work for several large building companies, including Weyerhaeuser, Ryan Homes, Pulte Homes, and Del Webb Communities. Bob worked in Washington, DC and Atlanta prior to relocating to Raleigh with Pulte Homes in 1999. Under Bob's leadership as the Southeastern Quality Construction Assurance Manager, Pulte Homes in Raleigh won the JD Power and Associates Customer Satisfaction Award in 2003. This was a memorable moment for Bob, as it was the first time a Raleigh home builder had been recognized with this award, signifying that the company had achieved a benchmark level of satisfaction among new home buyers.
"A quality home building experience incorporates systematic communication and involvement during the building process," says Bob. "It includes a thorough review and demonstration of your new home prior to occupancy. It also includes prompt and professional replies to warrantable home concerns."
"We appreciate the energy and consideration that goes into the purchase of a new home," Bob continues. "Our responsibility is to make that process easy, comfortable, and positive. We will devote the time necessary to gain your confidence and insure your complete satisfaction during the entire process. You have my personal guarantee."
