ForeverHome Partner and Director of Finance Judith Adams was co-owner of the Raleigh-based Adams Bilt Company for 20 years. Throughout these years, Adams Bilt developed and constructed over 5,000 homes, a million square feet of office space, and numerous warehouses and shopping centers in the Raleigh-Durham area. When her husband John retired in 1990, they closed the doors of Adams Bilt and focused on their land holdings and investment properties. Judith has managed the family's real estate portfolio of numerous North Carolina properties ever since. As a large Triangle-area home builder, Adams Bilt focused on affordable homes with features more often found in more expensive construction. Many of the company's innovative ideas were copied by other builders. Judith brings the same desire to improve housing to her current position, where she is actively involved in the scrutiny of standard features provided by ForeverHome.
