ForeverHome prides itself on quality processes and procedures. The cornerstone of our "Quality Assurance Program" is our promise that we build every home with the utmost care and attention to detail, as if we were building each and every ForeverHome as our own personal residence.

To ensure you are completely satisfied with your new ForeverHome, you will meet with your Community Team members prior to the commencement of construction of your new ForeverHome for a "Pre-Construction Meeting." During this "Pre-Construction Meeting" you will review your selections and discuss our building processes and the proposed timing for drywall installation and final home orientation.

Before the drywall is installed in your new ForeverHome, you will be able to again review your selections and examine their locations during your "Pre-Drywall Meeting" held with your builder.

To complete our commitment to the ForeverHome "Quality Assurance Program," approximately one week prior to closing, you will have a "Final Orientation Meeting" with your builder to familiarize yourself with your new ForeverHome and perform a walk-through for your final review.

The day prior to your closing, you will again meet with your builder for a "Satisfaction Walk" to confirm that all items documented during your "Final Orientation Meeting" have been completed and that you are 100% satisfied with your ForeverHome.

Should you purchase your new ForeverHome after we have started construction, you will have the "Final Orientation Meeting" and "Satisfaction Walk" to ensure your ForeverHome is 100% complete and that you are 100% satisfied.
