ForeverHome is excited to announce some good news for 2012!

First, is the grand opening of Manchester Park, our new townhome community in Cary, located off McCrimmon Parkway just past Davis Drive. Manchester Park has already sold over 35 homes and we just opened the doors to our sales center a few weeks ago. Next, ForeverHome is opening a new phase of homes in the beautiful, master-planned community of Stonegate, Wake Forest! The Village at Stonegate will offer 3-6 bedroom single family homes priced from the high $190s. The Village will also feature basement homesites with great wooded views.

Finally, ForeverHome is gearing up for our next new community – Lynnwood Bluff – coming the summer of 2012. Lynnwood Bluff will offer 2 bedroom townhomes in a great Raleigh location, off the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Lynn Road. The community will also feature a pool and bath house, in addition to its prime Raleigh location.

Raleigh, NC (September 15, 2011) Audie Barefoot is proud to announce that Chris Martin has joined Fonville Morisey & Barefoot (FMB) as Sales Manager for ForeverHome. Chris began his career in new homes in 1997 and has enjoyed the opportunity to work with a number of builders over the years. Chris’s most recent sales management experience was as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a national builder in the Triangle. “We are excited about having Chris join the sales management team of Fonville Morisey Barefoot.  His background and experience will be a significant addition to our company,” Barefoot said.

Chris will be managing the new home communities for ForeverHome that include Brier Village, Toscana, Tuscany, Renaissance at Regency Cottages, Villas & Cottages at Fallon Park, Reserve at Stonegate and their newest communities which include Orchard Ridge and

Manchester Park.   ForeverHome builds townhomes and single family homes from the $140’s – $500’s.  ForeverHome is the Triangle’s largest locally-owned homebuilder and was recently named in the nation’s Builder 100 by Builder Magazine.
